One Story at a Time
Welcome. I go by many names. Filmmaker, writer, and poet are all words that have been used to describe me. I think it best that you know me as a storyteller.
I hail from the foothills of Southern California and have a BA in Journalism (Documentary) with a minor in film studies from the University of Missouri Columbia. I graduated in 2020 and wandered the country for a few months living out of my mini van. I am currently writing a book about my travels. I now live in Kansas City, Missouri where I founded Prospero's Productions, a YouTube channel based out of a used bookstore I manage called Prospero's Books.

My background is in community journalism and filmmaking. In 2018, I was a HBO programming intern and won Project HBO honors. In 2019, I won first place Gimme Truth honors at the True/False Film Festival and I have written for outlets such as the Los Angeles Times and Written By Magazine.

My directorial debut and first feature documentary, "Tecopa Lost", was featured in the 2021 First Look Film Festival at the Museum of Moving Image in New York City as well as being a finalist at the 2020 Blow Up Film Festival in Chicago.
